The Dryden Eagle Girls Volleyball Clubs are undefeated heading into
the Christmas break.
The Junior Girls swept past the Kenora Broncos in straight sets Thursday
at Dryden High.
Chantal Pizzi says that was one of the best efforts in league play.
The Seniors also beat Kenora in straight sets and Meryl Smith says
the Girls are really focused and playing as a team
The Boys Basketball clubs are still looking for their first victory.
The Juniors fell to the Broncos 40-28 and Coach Mike Lalond says they
need to work on their defense.
Jacob Gardam led the Eagles with 13 points.
Dryden’s Seniors lost to Kenora 60-18 and Coach Duncan Wilkinson says
they made to many errors.
Andy Jaszczysak powered Dryden with 9-points.
