Funding for Atikokan Groups

The Ontario Trillium Foundation has handed out 3-grants totaling just
over $63,000 to three Atikokan groups.
The Town received $15,000 to purchase equipment for the library in
order to update its services and offer more information.
The Atikokan Economic Development Corporation was awarded $8,500 to purchase assistive listening devices for community groups.
The Handi-Van Committee received $40,000 to purchase a fully accessible
van to transport seniors and those with disabilities.
