Dryden Trappers to Bid for World Series

The Dryden Trappers are trying to land the 2006 World Series of Fastball.
This year’s tournament is being held in Hutchison, Kansas.
John Desaulniers says the local team has already been critiqued.
City Officials have been told that the Sandy Beach diamonds would need lighting and re-surfacing in order to host the event.
Desaulniers says the world-renowned event would attract over 120 teams.
The 2004 edition will start August 22th.
The Trappers, who finished 7th last year, have received $200 from City Council to help with travel costs.
