About 75 Dryden-area residents voiced their concerns to city councillors about a smoke-free workplace bylaw last night.
The entire crowd seemed to agree second hand smoke is a health hazard, however, not all agreed a bylaw is the answer.
Several bar and restaurant owners felt a bylaw would mean a severe drop in business.
Representatives from the Healthy Dryden Coalition felt there was no argument and cigarette smoke was an invasion of space especially for children.
City Council will discuss public feedback prior to first and second reading of the bylaw Monday night.
