It could still be a couple of more weeks before work on Duke Street in Dryden resumes.
A late start to construction last year didn’t allow for the completion of the project.
Manager of Public Works and Engineering Blake Poole says they hope to begin the repaving of the street in early June.
He’s looking at another two to three weeks.
Poole notes they are hampered right now by frost in the ground and people still dealing with frozen water lines.
