Not much of a surprise in the SIJHL as Dylan Robertson has been named Most Valuable Player of the year.
The Fort Frances Lakers captain lead the league in total points with 31-goals and a league-best 57-assists.
Robertson was also named a CCM Hockey first team all-star and the SIJHL’s top defensive forward.
Robertson also paced all skaters in game-winning goals with seven.
He’s a nominee for Most Valuable Player in Canadian Junior Hockey.
Robertson is the fourth Fort Frances-based player to win the award.
Dryden’s Kyle Pouncy was a runner-up in final voting.
