Curtis Lampkin stole the show as the Dryden Eagle Boys escaped with a
2-1 win over the Red Lake Rams in Game 1 of the Best of 3 Semi-Final
series Thursday night.
Lampkin stopped 33 shots in front of the hometown hockey fans and says
he had some help from his teammates.
Red Lake Captain Devon O’Donell says they deserved a better fate.
Brendan Church and Miles Pitchanese scored for Dryden while Jonathan Van
Dussen replied for the Rams.
Game 2 is Sunday in Red Lake.
