The Dryden Eagle Girls broke out of their scoring slump Thursday,
against the top defensive team in High School hockey.
The Eagles exploded for 6 goals en route to a 6-4 win over the first
place Fort Frances Muskies.
Erin Capovilla led the attack with a pair of goals, while Lauren
Shoguchi, Brett Lobreau, Amy Hale and Kylee Engstrom added singles.
The win moves the Eagles in a tie for second place, 2-points back of
the Muskies.
Dryden will close out the regular season Tuesday in Fort Frances, with
first place still up for grabs.
