The Dryden Eagles got caught up in the numbers game in Boys High School Hockey.
The Eagles were once again shorthanded in a 5-3 loss Thursday night on home ice against the Beaver Brae Broncos.
Dryden was playing with only 11-skaters.
Keith Wrolstad, Joel Zieroth and Zach Lugli scored for the Eagles.
Meantime, the Queen Elizabeth Warriors needed overtime to dispose of the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints 2-1.
