It was hard hitting, in your face football as the Dryden Eagles and Kenora Broncos got together Friday in the latest installment of their Winnipeg High School Football rivalry.
After shutting down the Broncos running attack for most of the game, Kenora’s Grant Shelske broke through in the third quarter to help secure an 8-0 win over the Eagles.
Dryden Coach Geoff Zilkans says both clubs made a number of mistakes.
N2 Runs: 12 awx. Out…get tougher.
THe Eagles Defense was stellar forcing 4 turnovers.
Dryden’s next game is Friday in Winnipeg.
