A late game comeback came up just short for the Dryden Eagles Tuesday
at Harry McMaster Field.
The Eagles fell to the Fort Frances Muskies 16-13 to kick-off a busy
week 3 in Winnipeg High School Football play.
Dryden trailed 9-0 and 16-6 at one point but battled back before time
ran out.
Both teams are now 2-1.
In other play, Sturgeon Creek hammered the winless Kenora Broncos
36-18.
The Eagles are in Winnipeg Friday to face undefeated Sturgeon Creek.
