Chalk up another win for the Dryden Eagle Junior Girls Basketball team.
The Eagles dumped Kenora 35-25 Tuesday however Coach LeeAnne Benson
admits it wasn’t pretty.
Sarah Ollerhead was sharp, scoring 10 points for the Eagles.
In Senior play, a fourth quarter meltdown sunk the Dryden Girls as
the Eagles fell to Kenora 38-28.
The game was tied after the third quarter.
Brittany Kamm led all scorers with 13 points.
The Dryden Eagle Senior Boys Volleyball team remains undefeated after
a 4 set victory over Kenora.
Steven Laidlaw says the game gave them a chance to implement their new
offensive scheme.
The Juniors dropped a 4 set decision to the Broncos and Caleb Eschbach
says they had troubles penetrating the Kenora front line.
The Eagles host Fort Frances Thursday.
