The Dryden High School Cross-Country Running Team kicked off its season with an impressive display of talent in Kenora on Tuesday.
The Eagles swept the dual meet taking 3 of 4 team categories and 10 of 12 medal positions.
Andie Wood, Nicole Allam and Kirk Markowski took home individual gold in the Junior Girls, Senior Girls and Junior Boys races respectively, while Nathan Mallyon brought home silver in the Senior Boys division.
Coach Mike Wood says the team is looking forward to competing on home turf on Friday October 7th at the Dryden Turkey Trot hosted by New Prospect School.
