28 Elementary students from St. Joseph’s laced up their shoes and competed in the Elementary Cross-Country running race hosted by St. Thomas Aquinas on Tuesday.
Top individual honours went to Dryden runners Alexandra Cooper (2nd), Celena Brosseau (3rd) and Maddie Hatch (4th).
Devon Caren, Zack Lugli and Michael Hodkinson took home top spots in the Elementary Boys race.
Coach Mike Wood says St. Joe’s served notice that they will be a force to be reckoned with when they will compete along side their regional counterparts on October 7th at the Dryden Turkey Trot.
