Dryden Police have arrested 18-year-old Chase Spence from Ear Falls following an investigation into a Dryden business website being hacked.
The incident happened in February when the business told police a hacker had targeted their website, causing it to crash and had made threats against employees and their family members.
The Ontario Provincial Police Internet Intelligence Unit and Red Lake O.P.P assisted in the investigation.
Police say Spence has been charged with Mischief to Data and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
He was released from custody and is expected to appear in court on May 13th.
