The Fraser Institute is throwing cold water on claims education spending is decreasing.
The Conservative-think tank says between 2002 and 2012, spending across Canada increased 53%.
In Ontario, it rose over 62%, despite a 5.5% decrease in enrolment.
Study co-author Deani Van Pelt says almost every province in Canada is spending more money to educate fewer students.
