A campaign aimed at pushing the McGuinty Government to
create a regional hydro pricing plan has been launched by
the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union.
Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton feels the McGuinty
Government will shy away from creating a seperate
electricity system for the North.’
