The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario has embarked on the third phase of its work-to-rule campaign.
That includes withdrawing from a number of administrative duties.
Premier Kathleen Wynne says she’s disappointed with the job action, but not surprised.
Wynne is still hopeful they can reach a deal.
The union has also indicated it will begin a series of rotating strikes in early October, if there is no progress in their contract talks.
