Canadians will start to notice voter information cards showing up in their mailbox shortly.
Elections Canada Spokesperson Diane Benson says the cards will be mailed out starting today and they will ensure you’re on the list to vote.
A reminder card will be mailed out next week to every household.
It let’s people know that if they didn’t get a voter information card, then they will need to take steps to ensure they are on the list to vote.
You can also contact local returning offices if you don’t receive a voter card.
Canadians head to the polls on October 19th.
