Elementary Teachers in the Rainy River District will follow other teachers across Ontario and take a strike vote on Monday.

a strong strike vote indicates teachers are behind the local and are ready head back to the negotiating table.

Noble says one of the bargaining issues is that every elementary teacher in Ontario should have 200 minutes of weekly preparation.
Noble adds there are also local issues about some benefits and supervision time.
