Emo Hay Update

The Reeve of Emo is bound and determined to find a way to get donated hay to drought-weary prairie farmers.
Russ Fortier says he is still trying to work out a deal with C-N Rail.
Fortier says C-N has told him it has already donated space on its cars in the effort to ship eastern hay to western farmers.
Fortier says if necessary, he will start a fundraising campaign to raise money for transportation costs.
