A provincial election is still several months away, but a lawyer from Emo is making his intention known that he wants to become the Progressive Conservative’s candidate in the Kenora-Rainy River riding.
30-year-old Doug Judson is the party’s first declared candidate.
Judson says people in his age demographic are well positioned now to take leadership roles and share their ideas.
He stresses this riding is ready for change in its local representation.
Judson says he’s assembled a small team to help him first win the party’s nomination.
No date has yet set for that vote.
