Employment Needs For The Goliath Gold Project

Treasury Metals will be looking the best workers once its Goliath Gold Project, east of Dryden, is up and running in 2015.
Vice President of Operations Norm Bush says applicants must have a minimum grade 12 education with college level math and English.
Bush says they will need underground miners, heavy equipment operators, plant operators, accountants, human resources people and financial experts.

In addition, Bush says they have been in touch with eight First Nations communities, and are hoping that they will have a strong Aboriginal population on their team.
While a lot of work is planned as the project is expected to be up and running by 2015, there are bound to be some disruptions such as noise and traffic.
In return, Bush says that they will support the Wabigoon area in which ever way they can, for example with donations and participation.
The mine is expected to create about 200 direct jobs.
