Energy Pamphlets Being Sent Out

The blue box’s best friend.
That’s how the New Democrats describe Premier Dalton McGuinty,
but not because he recycles heavily.
The Province is sending out a six-page pamphlet to every Ontario home to explain why electricity rates are rising so high and the NDP predicts most of the brochures will end up in the recycling bin.
Meantime the Progressive Conservatives say the pamphlets are a
waste of $1-million.
