It could be some time before the trial begins for Dryden’s Robert MacGillvray.
The 71-year-old appeared in Court for the first time Monday on 11-firearm related charges.
MacGillvray was not represented by a Lawyer and was not arraigned.
He will be back in Court on March 7th.
Macgillvray was arrested last December following a raid at his Park Crescent home.
MacGillvray faces an additional 55-charges in Manitoba.
No court date is known for those charges.
