Enjoy the Labour Day Long Weekend

The last long weekend of the summer is here and OPP and City Police will be out on the water and road to ensure its a safe Labour Day.
Police will be looking for aggressive, drunk and careless drivers as well as seatbelt use and excessive speed.
Police say most traffic and boating tragedies can be avoided if operators and passengers use common sense.
As of August 30th, 199 people have died on OPP patrolled highways.
The OPP are calling the enforcement campaign ‘Operation Maximum Effort’.
