There will be a trial for Dryden pharmacist Rob Button.
Button was charged in 2012 for trafficking morphine following a two month investigation.
A preliminary hearing wrapped up in Dryden Court Monday and Justice Peter Bishop determined there is enough evidence to proceed.
Button has opted for a trial by judge and jury.
The trial will be held in Kenora Court at an undetermined date.
