Environment Canada Meterologist Warns Of Cold Weather

Environment Canada is warning to be ready for a cold February.

Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says the frigid temperatures start now with lows later this week hovering around the minus 29 to 33 range.

Coulson says it is another resurgence of an arctic air-mass which is similar to the one we saw in late December and early January.

The Dryden area could see up to 10-centimetres of snow today, with more expected tomorrow.
