The Dryden Fire Service is informing residents of an easy way to follow weather advisories.
Environment Canada is now tweeting weather watches, warnings and statements for the region.
Each city page now has a the ability to follow alerts for the city through Twitter.
The link to the Twitter feed can be found below the Historical Data information on each city forecast page.
The alerts are said to be produced automatically with minimal delay in English and French.
