Public elementary teachers are ramping up a work to rule campaign started in May.
It’s comes as the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario prepares for a resumption of talks with the province and school boards September 1st.
President Sam Hammond says its phase two of the campaign start in May takes effect when teachers go back to school.
Hammond says ETFO will not participate in field trips or fundraising activities.
In addition, teachers won’t be involved in activities related to board improvement plans, professional development or take on principal duties.
Extra-curricular activities are not impacted.
