Sioux Lookout is once again assisting its neighbours as forest fires continue to rage across the Far North.
The Municipality is housing 50-evacuees from New Osnaburgh First Nation and 150-evacuees from Sandy Lake First Nation.
Most of the evacuees are elderly individuals, expecting mothers and parents with young children.
Keewaywin First Nation has also ordered a full evacuation and residents have been moved to Greenstone.
Greenstone is also home to 279-residents of Fort Hope First Nation and 200-residents of North Spirit Lake.
