Executive Director Recognized For E-Learning

Some high recognition for the Sunset Area Victims Assistance and Referral Service in Dryden and Kenora.
Executive Director Monika Huminuk has received an Award of Distinction for creating an E-learning program that is being used throughout the province.
Huminuk says it has made training a lot easier by allowing people to do it from home and in house training is down to 20-25 hours instead of 40-60 hours.
Huminuk adds she started doing research about 6-years ago.
The program is already used by over 1-thousand volunteers.
