A healthy new service at the Dryden Native Friendship Centre.
Telemedicine will be offered at the facility by the Dryden Regional Health Centre to help make health care access easier.
Executive Director of the Friendship Centre Sally Ledger says they have been working closely with the hospital to secure the program for about two years.
Ledger says the project will allow residents to access mental health and addictions support and seek medical advice without travelling.
She adds any appointment not available at the Friendship Centre is still accessible through the hospital.
