George Solomon and Sons Machining and Manufacturing is in-line for a major facelift.
General Manager Roger Gould says they have expansion plans for the Highway 17 business.
Gould says they are looking at constructing a second building on site to house more of their steel stock.
Another plan is a separate fabrication facility to house their machining and welding operations.
He adds they are looking at a mezzanine as well as different lifting devices for their staff.

Gould says additional service vehicles will make things better for transports who break down on the TransCanada Highway.
