Fall Seatbelt Campaign

The Fall Seatbelt campaign has come to an end in Red Lake and Ear Falls
and 9 charges were laid during the 9-day crackdown.
A seatbelt survey was also conducted and Police discovered 34% of the motoring public did not buckle up at one time during the initiative.
OPP say they will work on improving the figures and note 4-officers are
now in place to focus on seatbelt use as well as inspecting child car seats.
