Family Health Team Moving Forward

Everything is coming together for the Dryden Area Family Health Team as
the group is starting to roll out services on a minimal basis.
The health team will offer a wide range of services under one roof.
Clinical Program Coordinator Katherine Campbell says they are adopting
an ‘Its Your Health’ strategy, looking at 3 areas.
Campbell says the team will consist of some 12 Health Care
professionals including nurses, dietitians, a mental health therapist and
a pharmacist.
