Fatal Collision East of Thunder Bay

One person is dead and several others have been injured in a 2-vehicle crash east of Thunder Bay.
The head-on collision occurred near Pass Lake shortly after 7 this morning.
Few details have been released, but the OPP says along with the fatality, 7-other people have been seriously hurt.
One of the victims was trapped inside the wreckage for some time before being extricated.
