Two people from Alberta have been killed in a four-vehicle crash on
Highway 17 just east of Kenora.
Opp say yesterday’s early-morning collision near Richard Lake involved
three transports and a pickup truck.
No other injuries were reported.
The identities of the victims have not been released.
The crash shut the Trans-Canada between Vermilion Bay and Kenora
for more than 12 hours before one lane was opened around 5 o’clock.
