Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s new look cabinet has failed to gain the
approval of Kenora MP Roger Valley.
The Liberal member is disappointed with the changes, especially with
the appointment of John Baird to Environment.
Valley says he’s also upset the PM decided to create 5-new positions.
