With a spring election looming and a change made in the Cabinet,
Kenora MP Roger Valley is lashing out at Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
The main move in Thursday’s shuffle saw John Baird named to
Environment in place of Rona Ambrose.
Valley says the change will not help Canadians.
