Fatal Collision Near Atikokan

OPP are investigating a fatal single motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 west of Atikokan Saturday.
A tractor-trailer was heading west when he failed to make a curve, crossing the centre line, striking a rock cut.
The force of the impace caused a fire, engulfing the entire transpor.
A 23-year-old Surrey B.C. man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger was transported to Atikokan Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
