Fatal Collision Near Ignace

A 74-year-old Illinois man is dead following a 3 vehicle collision on Highway 17, 30km west of Igance Sunday.
Police say a van with 4 Americans was headed east when it came into contact with a westbound truck.
A second pickup following then hit the debris.
4 others were taken to hospital in Dryden and Thunder Bay.
The Highway was closed for 3 1/2 hours while Police investigated and cleared the debris from the scene.
