A 56 year-old Kenora man has been sentenced to three years in prison for a fatal snowmachine crash almost two years ago that claimed two lives.
David Thorpe was handed the sentence by Justice David Gibson in Kenora Court.
Thorpe was facing two counts of impaired driving of a motor vehicle causing death.
57 year-old Larry Cameron and 62 year-old Curtis Ronning died in the collision on Hillock Creek on March 27th, 2015.
Thorpe has also been prohibited from operating a motor vehicle for seven years.
