Fatal Stabbing on Poplar Hill First Nation

A 26-year-old man is dead following a stabbing on the remote First Nation community of Poplar Hill.
Nishnawbe-Aski Police were called to the Reserve, north of Red Lake, early Sunday morning.
Police say Abus Owen was transported to the communities nursing station with stab wounds, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police have arrested a 20-year-old woman.
No other details have been released.
