Fatality In Pikangikum

The death of an 18-year-old Pikangikum First Nations man is under investigation.
Provincial Police say the teen was found lying on a trail near BB’s Road early Monday morning.
He was transported to the nursing station but he died from his injuries before he could be treated.
A post-mortem exam took place yesterday at Lake of the Woods District Hospital, but the cause of death has not been released.
The deceased has been identified as Jethro Felix Keeper.
The OPP’s Northwest Crime Unit is assisting in the probe.
