Fear Tactics Claim From Provincial NDP Leader

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton says Prime Minister Paul Martin resorted to fear tactics in order to win a Liberal minority government.
The NDP Leader says voters showed they fear Martin less than they do Conservative Leader Steven Harper.
Hampton says the Federal Election results are not a ringing endorsement of the Liberal Government.
Hampton says voters are getting turned off with both the Provincial and Federal Liberals.
