Federal Funding for Sandy Lake First Nation

Indian Affairs Minister Bob Nault has handed out Federal funding to 12 member communities of the Nishnawbe-Aski First Nation.
A total of $1.9 million has been ear-marked under the National Child Benefit Program.
Sandy Lake First Nation will receive $487,000 for child nutrition and community enrichment programs.
