A rough up landing for a private pilot over the long weekend.
Red Lake OPP say a single engine float plane was attempting to land
Sunday afternoon when it hit hydro lines near McMarac Road.
That caused the aircraft piloted by Couchenour’s Bill Ivaniski to
crash sending him to Winnipeg for treatment of undetermined injuries.
The Transport Safety Board has been called in to investigate.
