Federal Government Invests In Jobs For Youth

Kenora MP Greg Rickford says employers can now apply for funding through the Canada Summer Jobs program.
Rickford says money will be available to not-for-profit organizations, public-sector employers and small businesses to hire qualified people between the ages of 15 and 30.
They must be full-time students and intend to return to school in the fall.
The deadline to apply for funding is January 30th.
