FedNor Back in Spotlight

A number of suggestions are being made to improve the FedNor program in the Region.
Claude Gravelle is the NDP MP for Nickel Belt and says currently it takes too long for applications for funding to be processed.
He adds that over the past 3-years, there has been a noticeable decline in the number of applications approved for funding.
Gravelle is also worried that FedNor could be affected by a pledge by the Federal Government to cut funding for Industry Canada by 5%
